JONATHAN GUTIERREZ, ESQ.

Mr. Gutierrez is an associate attorney at Beltran Brito Casamayor LLP. Mr. Gutierrez joined the firm in 2020 and has since focused his practice on Employment-Based Immigration. He has successfully procured both immigrant and non-immigrant visas for a multitude of clients from a variety of different professional backgrounds, including athletes, artists, musicians, engineers, business executives, and technology experts.

Mr. Gutierrez received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time at Miami Law, he was a member of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board, where he served as a Vice President for the organization and co-taught a course in Appellate Advocacy for incoming board members.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gutierrez attended Florida State University, where he graduated cum laude with a double major in Economics and Philosophy. A Miami native, Mr. Gutierrez graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and is fluent in English and Spanish.
