The DACA and DAPA programs that Barack Obama pushed for February 2015 had a primary goal: to regularize the situation of five million undocumented immigrants in the country.

But a claim made by 26 states, led by Texas, forced the government to temporarily suspend the implementation of both programs.

- Can you master the language, but if you’re Hispanic, ask your lawyer that the contract is in Spanish, that all the details of the service and the cost is clear and specified.
- It is important to make copies of all documents are signed. Never surrender original papers such as birth certificates. It is also important to read everything that is signed, more than once if possible.
