ISABELLE  NOZARI, ESQ.

Ms. Nozari is an Associate Attorney at Beltran Brito LLP. She joined the firm in 2022 as
a Law Clerk. She works primarily in employment-based immigration, including O-1, EB-
1, and EB-2 NIW, for individuals from diverse professional fields, such as athletes,
artists, musicians, engineers, scientists, business leaders, and others.

Ms. Nozari earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law
in 2024, graduating cum laude. At Miami Law, Ms. Nozari was a Deans Merit Scholar,
receiving a full academic scholarship, and served as the Online Editor for the
International & Comparative Law Review. She also completed an Area of Focus in
Immigration, Asylum, and Citizenship.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Nozari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at New York
University (“NYU”) in 2019, graduating cum laude with a double major in Politics and
Spanish. She also obtained experience as an Immigration Paralegal at Gibney, Anthony
& Flaherty, LLP in New York, assisting with business immigration cases, before
attending law school. 

Ms. Nozari is also involved in the Iranian American Bar Association (“IABA”). She
formerly served as the Law Student Representative for the Southeast Chapter, and she currently serves as the Secretary for IABA Southeast Chapter.

Ms. Nozari is a native speaker of Persian / Farsi. She is also fluent in Spanish and
English, and semi-fluent in French.
